Menu and basket
Dishes, prices, and allergens come from your menu. The customer builds a basket for delivery or collection and checks out on the same page.
Postcode zones
Delivery fee and minimum order follow the postcode. SW1A can cost less than E1. Postcodes you do not cover are refused. Collection ignores the zones.
Hours and pause
Set when the kitchen is open. Outside those hours the site stops taking orders. A pause switch does the same when you are too busy, without changing the hours.
Card payments
The card fields sit on your menu page. Efooda does not send the customer away to pay. The card fee depends on the plan. The food price is yours.
Restaurant portal
Paid orders, the menu, opening hours, and delivery zones live in a private portal. Staff sign in with you. Riders only see the orders they are delivering.
