How it works

Get your restaurant online in minutes

Four steps. You pick the look, add the menu, turn on payments, and go live on your own address.

    Choose a template

    Pick Ruzo, Kofi Coffee, or Dreams Pizza. Add your logo and brand colour. The same template covers the menu, about, and contact pages.

  2. 2

    Add your menu

    Add categories, dishes, prices, extras, allergens, and photos. Customers build a basket for delivery or collection from that menu.

  3. 3

    Connect payments

    Accept card payments with Stripe and cash on collection or delivery. The card fee depends on the plan. Efooda does not take a commission on the food.

  4. 4

    Start taking orders

    Your site opens at yourname.efooda.com. Orders and table reservations land in the portal. A custom domain can be attached later.

Before you go live

Set the rules for orders

These sit in setup, after the account is created. You can change them any time from the portal.

  • Opening hours

    Ordering stops outside your hours. Pause the site when the kitchen is too busy.

  • Delivery zones

    Set the fee and minimum by postcode. Postcodes you do not cover are refused.

  • Collection

    Customers can collect as well as get delivery. Collection ignores the delivery zones.

  • Reservations

    Guests request a table on the website. You confirm it in the portal.
